How to return or exchange your item
Items may be returned provided they have not been washed, worn, soiled or altered in any way. Any item that is received as a return and is in a non re-sellable condition as new (garments that have been washed, worn during practice, or soiled) cannot be accepted for return and will be sent back to the customer.
If your item is returned properly folded in a non-ripped bag, and is clean and not worn, there is no restocking fee for your return/exchange. Please follow the instructions on the Returns/Exchanges Form which was sent with your order. If necessary, you can also download and print a copy of the Return Form here. Return shipping to our warehouse will be covered by the customer.

When returning one or more items, please also add a note with your name and order number. In case you would like to exchange the product, please add the relevant product name, color and size. All returns should be decently packed to avoid any damages during transport. Returns that are damaged or lost will not be processed by us.
As soon as the order has arrived in our warehouse, we will strive to process your return within 10 working days.
The costs of returning the product are on behalf of the customer. If you want to exchange a product, we will send it back to you without any additional shipping costs.
